The main Sports Hall has 6 courts and this
is where we play Badminton, Short Tennis
and Table Tennis.
Badminton and Short Tennis courts are allocated
depending on numbers waiting for each sport with
1 court for Table Tennis with 3 tables.
Doubles are played in preference to
singles to reduce the waiting time and
make the sessions more sociable and less
arduous.
A queuing system (peg boards) operate to
ensure that all players have an equal
opportunity to play.

An exercise class takes place every
Tuesday from 1.30 pm for an hour in the
Club Room followed by Short Mat Bowls.
A Tai Chi / Balance class takes place
every Friday from 1:30pm for 45 minutes
in Studio 2. On Fridays Short Mat Bowls
starts at 1.30 pm
Tea/coffee and biscuits are served in
the club room between
3 pm and 3.45 pm at a cost of 30 pence.
